Resin A and Resin B

Resin A and Resin B are the compounds made of mixtures of special resin with
various fire-retardant materials and other compounds, which can endure high
temperature. Resin A and Resin B have not only the fire-resistance property
when fire occurs, but also excellent water-tightness and gas-tightness
properties. Resin A and Resin B are supplied in proper packages separately
with 10kg and 2kg each in general. They should be mixed sufficiently before
use on site, and the mixing ratio of Resin A to Resin B should be 5:1. After
mixed, the first curing process would be done within around 4 hours,
and full curing would take around 10 days.
The hardness is approximately 60~70 shore A when the mixed Resin A and
Resin B is cured completely. Storage life is 6 months after manufactured
when stored properly.

Sealer

Sealer is used to prevent the running down of the mixed Resin A and Resin B
when poured into a transit. In case of a horizontal transit, 20 mm thick layer of
Sealer is applied at each side of it. And in case of a vertical transit, it has to be
sealed at the bottom side with 20mm Sealer.
Sealer is delivered - 35mm (W) * 25mm (H) * 230mm (L) * 24 pcs in a paper
box sized 330mm (W) * 330mm (H) * 100mm (L). Sealer has fire-retardant
property.
